Our client, based in Surrey, is currently recruiting for a Repairs/Voids Surveyor on an initial 12 – fixed term contract. The position is due to start immediately on a full-time basis.
The hourly rate is £48,500 per annum + £5,425 car allowance.
The successful candidate will cover the South London/Surrey/A3 corridor and will be able to work from home 2/3 days a week.
The ideal candidate will have social housing experience and a full UK driving license.
