Our client, based in Surrey, is currently recruiting for two permanent Support Coordinators.
The positions are due to start as soon as possible on a full-time basis and the annual salary is Β£25,608 per annum.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with vulnerable adults and hold an enhanced DBS taken out within the last three years.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
- Managing a caseload of 5 -12 clients who are either hostel based or in move-on accommodation
- Providing advice on budgeting, welfare and benefits as well as move-on plans
- Signposting customers to additional support providers
- Conducting health and safety checks
Experience required:
- Experience required in Social Housing
- Experience working with vulnerable people
Working hours:
- 37.5 hours per week
- Monday β Friday, Between 7am-7pm
