Our client is currently recruiting for Two Stock Condition Surveyors on a five-month temporary contract based in Suffolk. The position is due to start immediately on a full-time basis. Conducting stock condition surveys on Social Housing units Establishing condition, age, repairs and remaining life of building components & also energy characteristics and legislative compliance Utilizing knowledge of RdSAP to fill out questions in each of the surveys Achieving the required surveys per day based on relevant targets Experience required in stock condition surveys on Social Housing units Experience on a freelance basis Flexible hours Monday – Friday
