The predicted salary is between 38400 - 48000 £ per year.

We are proud to be partnering with a private market-leading consultancy firm, who are looking to appoint a Stock Condition Surveyor on a permanent contract.

This will be a full-time position based in London, with a salary of circa £40,000 per annum dependent on experience.

The ideal candidate will have experience conducting stock condition surveys on social housing units and have a full UK driving license.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

  • Carrying out stock condition surveys on Social Housing units
  • Establishing condition, age, repairs and remaining life of building components & also energy characteristics and legislative compliance
  • Knowledge of RdSAP in order to fill out a small number of questions in each of the surveys
  • Liaising with and engaging with residents in regards to work carried out
  • Ensuring the required surveys per day based on relevant targets

Experience required:

  • A construction-related degree and/or 5 years of experience, a testament to your commitment to excellence
  • Proven experience in the industry, showcasing a depth of knowledge and proficiency
  • Social housing experience desired

  • Good organisational skills & punctuality
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
