We are currently partnering with a University based in London, who are recruiting for a Student Casework, Complaints & Appeals Specialist to join their accomplished team on a temporary basis. This role is being offered on either a full time or part time basis and the rate of pay will be negotiable based upon experience, start date is subject to notice.

  • Managing the day-to-day appeals caseload, ensuring cases are processed promptly and in line with university policies.
  • Writing well-reasoned, clear, and structured responses to complex appeals.
  • Prior experience working in a university appeals, complaints, or academic regulations environment.
  • Onsite attendance is required once per week, but can be flexible.
  • Full time or part time hours offered.
