We are proud to be partnering with a South West based Housing Association, who are looking to appoint a Surveyor to work on the external works programmes. This will be a full-time position based in Hampshire and Wiltshire, which will be largely home based, with some site visits and an extremely rare requirement to attend an office. The salary for the role is Circa £45,000 per annum, with mileage paid from home for site visits.

The ideal candidate will have a HNC and access to their own vehicle.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

  • Overseeing and managing the external works programme across Hampshire and surrounding areas, with occasional projects in Wiltshire
  • Conducting regular health and safety inspections to ensure compliance with standards and regulations
  • Leading progress meetings with contractors, monitoring performance, and reviewing KPIs
  • Managing contract administration, ensuring all obligations are met
  • Carrying out post-inspections for completed roof renewal projects to ensure quality and compliance

Experience required:

  • Experience in Social Housing
  • Experience working on planned maintenance projects

Skills, knowledge and expertise required:

  • HNC/ HND/ Equivalent
  • Full UK Driving License
