We are proud to be partnering with a leading multi-disciplinary construction consultancy who offer a comprehensive range of services to the housing sector. They are looking to appoint Stock Condition Surveyors on a 2-month temporary contract with the possibility for an extension. This will be a full-time position with opportunities in Gloucestershire, Somerset, Cornwall & Devon. The rates are £21 per flat, £26 per house.
The ideal candidate will have experience conducting stock condition surveys on social housing units and have a full UK driving license.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
- Carrying out stock condition surveys on Social Housing units
- Establishing condition, age, repairs and remaining life of building components
- Assessing energy characteristics and legislative compliance
- Liaising with and engaging with residents in regards to work carried out
- Ensuring the required surveys per day based on relevant targets
Experience required:
- Experience conducting stock condition surveys
- Experience within a social housing environment
