Overview

We are currently working in partnership with a Housing Association based in Yeovil, who are recruiting for a Contract Manager on a permanent contract. The position is due to start immediately, subject to notice period, with a salary of £42,203 per annum. The ideal candidate will have experience in Contract Management and be open to travelling to different areas across the South West and South of England as required.

Base pay

Salary: £42,203 per annum. This range is provided by James Andrews Recruitment Solutions Ltd. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Responsibilities

  • Leading a team of specialist recruiters covering Property Management in the South West, Wales and the North West
  • Managing four contractors who are responsible for servicing lifts, hoists, stair lifts and other lifting equipment within domestic properties
  • Ensuring contractors work in line with pre-agreed SLAs and challenging the work of contractors as required
  • Tendering for new contracts and managing the contract renewal process
  • Ensuring contractors can deal with changes in geography
  • Streamlining issues relating to No Access in domestic properties
  • Visiting sites and dealing with complaints as required
