We are working with a Housing Association based in East London, recruiting for a Senior Involvement Officer on a Fixed Term contract. The position is due to start immediately. The salary for this position is £39,000 - £40,000 depending on experience.

The ideal candidate will have relevant experience and be due to start immediately. Duties will include (but are not limited to):

  • Managing and delivering resident engagement activities with leaseholders for improvement and redevelopment projects
  • Providing resident involvement advice to stakeholders and promoting customer involvement opportunities
  • Organising and recording outcomes of local customer meetings and events
  • Drafting board papers, supporting resident chairs in meetings, and ensuring accurate minutes and follow-up actions
  • Resolving customer issues and complaints, liaising with the Complaints Resolution team as needed

Skills, knowledge and experience required:

  • Recent experience within housing
  • Experience working as a Community Engagement Officer or a Housing Officer position that involved resident engagement

Working hours: 35 hours per week Monday – Friday 9:00 – 17:00
