Job Description
We are currently working in partnership with a Local Authority based in Devon, who are recruiting for a locum Senior Litigation Lawyer to join the team for 3-months initially.
The role can be on a fully remote basis, with an immediate start.The rate of offer in the region of £55p/hour UMB, negotiable subject to PQE.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
- Providing guidance and supervision to junior members of the Litigation team
- Advising on a range of criminal and civil litigation matters, involving planning enforcement and education matters
- Handling a varied caseload including property litigation, highways and general civil litigation, including debt recovery and judicial review proceedings
