The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
We are currently working with a Gloucester based public sector organisation who are looking to appoint an interim Senior HR Advisor to support with a number of upcoming change projects, as well as day to day HR operations.
The role will initially be on a 3-month temporary contract, 37 hours per week and you will be required to be on site 2 days a week .
Daily duties include (not limited to):
- Supporting on a wide range of HR change projects and initiatives, including TUPE in, consultations and harmonisation of T&Cs
- Leading on HR initiatives, including ER, OD, EDI, workforce development, management information and recruitment
- Handling issues including employee relations and case work in line with employment law
- Supporting with organisational development and learning
- Proactively coaching and guiding line managers and colleagues on HR and OD operations
- Supporting continuous improvement by looking for innovative ways to implement change
Experience required:
- Experience required in handling HR change projects
- Confident dealing with ER casework
Skills, knowledge and expertise required:

Working hours:
- 37 hours per week
- Monday – Friday
- 9am-5pm
