We are currently partnering with a Shared Legal Service based in Kent, who are recruiting for a Senior Commercial Property Lawyer to join their accomplished team on a fully remote 6-month temporary basis. This is a full-time position, 35 hours a week, with the rate of pay being negotiable based upon experience and the start date being subject to notice.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
- Managing a varied caseload of complex commercial property matters with a particular focus on development, regeneration and property transactions
- Drafting and negotiating contracts, transfers and leases
- Advising clients on governance
- Providing advice to internal and external stakeholders
Experience required:
- Experience required in a Local Government setting
- Experience working with Commercial Property
Skills, knowledge and expertise required:
- Drafting legal documents to a high standard
- Liaising with stakeholders to provide legal advice
- Awareness of Corporate Governance procedures
