Our client, based in Bristol, is an award-winning multi-disciplinary building consultancy practice who are currently recruiting for a Survey Administrator & Scheduler on a part-time temporary contract. The position is due to start on notice on a full-time basis. The hourly rate is £13 UMB per hour on a fully remote basis.

The ideal candidate will be an organised individual and have a good telephone manner. Duties will include (but are not limited to):

  • Assisting with the administration for a Stock Condition programme, calling through all the tenants surveyors have not been able to gain access to and book appointments.
  • Be tasked with sorting surveyors' diaries with these appointments and liaising directly with all parties.
  • Editing and organising Excel worksheets and documents to ensure all information is up to date reflecting successful appointments/response rate to calls.
  • Helping with any other administration tasks required.

Experience required:

  • Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Organised & efficient.

Working hours: 3 days a week 8am-5pm. Fully remote.
