We are proud to be partnering with a University in the South West of England, to support their team in a Subject Access Request Officer role on a temporary contract basis for 2-3 months. This will be a full-time position, offering remote working (must be UK based), and a daily rate of circa £200 - £250 p/day via an Umbrella company.
The client is looking for someone with strong skills in managing Subject Access Requests. Duties will include (but are not limited to):
- Managing and progressing a high volume of Subject Access Requests (SARs) in line with UK GDPR deadlines
- Reviewing, locating, and collating personal data across multiple systems and departments
- Assessing records for relevance and applying appropriate redactions in accordance with data protection legislation
- Liaising with internal stakeholders to obtain information and ensure timely completion of requests
- Maintaining accurate case records and audit trails while working through an existing backlog
Working hours: 37 hours per week, Monday – Friday.
