The predicted salary is between 1920 - 2200 £ per month.

Location: Birmingham (Jewellery Quarter)

Salary: £23,200 - £26,100 (pro rata)

Hours: 08:30 am–17:30pm, with a 4pm finish on Fridays (41 hours per week)

Contract: 6-month paid internship

Start Date: July 2026

Designed for individuals at an early stage in their career, the role provides structured exposure to recruitment methodologies, candidate engagement, and business development activity across a range of sectors.

You’ll work alongside experienced recruitment consultants building confidence and commercial awareness while developing skills that support future careers in recruitment, sales, or client-facing roles.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supporting business development research and networking projects
  • Conducting telephone interviews and video meetings with candidates

  • Assisting with candidate engagement and market research activities
  • Working in a target-driven, fast-paced environment, supported by a close-knit and experienced team
