We are currently partnering with a leading multidisciplinary construction consultancy, who are recruiting for a Retrofit Assessor to join their growing team on a permanent basis.
Our client is proud to provide an excellent and holistic approach to projects which allows them to make a real difference in the communities we serve.
This is a full-time position with a salary band of £30,000 to £40,000 (subject to experience) and the start date is subject to notice.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
- Undertaking retrofit assessments in accordance with PAS 2035, the specification for the energy retrofit of domestic buildings
- Providing specialist advice on energy efficiency and renewable energy measures to householders by phone, email and face to face
- Maintaining accurate and detailed records of all interactions with clients
- Supporting others to maintain appropriate client confidentially at all times in accordance with relevant policies and procedures
- Liaising with other staff in the Retrofit team to ensure effective workload planning, project development and delivery
Experience required:
- Level 3 award in Domestic Retrofit Assessment
- Membership of a Trustmark Approved Scheme
Skills, knowledge and expertise required:
- Minimum 1 year experience
- Strong technical knowledge of various insulation and heating systems
- Good attention to detail
