The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 Β£ per year.
Our client is currently recruiting for multiple Stock Condition Surveyors on a temporary contract in the following locations β Barking & Dagenham (12 months), West London (12 months), Midlands - Leamington Spa, Warwick, Coventry areas (12 months). The position is due to start immediately on a part-time basis.
The per-survey rate is as follows:
Responsibilities- Carrying out stock condition surveys across residential property portfolios
- Assessing condition, lifespan and compliance of building elements
- Identifying defects, disrepair and health & safety risks
- Supporting asset management and lifecycle planning strategies
- Access to a car
- Domestic Energy Assessment (Wiltshire only)
- 30+ surveys per week
