Our client, based in Manchester, is currently recruiting for a Resident Liaison Officer on a 6-month temporary contract. The position is due to start week commencing 14th April or 21st April depending on availability. The hourly rate is between £17 - £19 per hour via an Umbrella company dependent on experience for the position.

The ideal candidate will have experience with tenant liaison in a social housing environment.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

  • Liaising with residents in the Manchester area on behalf of a Plumbing & Heating contractor to ensure works can be carried out
  • Making appointments with tenants and acting as main point of contact for tenants
  • Answering any tenant concerns and questions about the works that are to be performed
  • Sorting access issues, letter drops and keeping on top of works to make sure projects progress smoothly

Experience required:

  • Tenant liaison experience
  • Social housing environment
