James Andrews Recruitment Solutions are looking to hire ambitious individuals to join us as trainee recruitment consultants in our Birmingham office based in the Jewellery Quarter.

Enjoy a competitive starting salary of £26,100 and a commission structure without any thresholds, ensuring the opportunity for your success is limitless. You will be trained as a 360 recruitment consultant from day one and will start your career with us on an initial 12 week training schedule, fully supported by your Manager and team. You will become a recruitment specialist in one of our divisions: Human Resources, Finance & Procurement, Legal, Social Housing, Property Management or Tech and will provide advice, guidance and consultation to both clients and candidates of all levels.
