Overview
Leading a team of specialist recruiters covering Property Management in the South West, Wales and the North West. We are partnering with a South Wales based Housing Association recruiting for a Planned Works Surveyor, specialising on ORP/Decarbonisation work on a contract until March 2026.
This will be a full-time position based in South Wales, largely on site and in the office, paying up to £29 per hour via an Umbrella Company.
Responsibilities
- Manage the delivery of ORP for domestic properties in South Wales
- Liaise with tenants regularly to provide information on ongoing works, including expected disruptions and timeframes
- Post-inspect the work of contractors, ensuring it aligns with pre-agreed SLAs
- Manage budgets and invoicing
- Work on projects related to PV installs, loft insulation and energy reduction upgrades
Qualifications and Experience
- Experience in Social Housing
- Experience working with customers within housing
- Experience delivering planned works programmes, ideally relating to decarb/retrofit
Skills and Expertise
