We are currently working in partnership with a growing construction and property consultancy, who are recruiting for a Project Manager on a permanent basis. The Head Office is based in London with the main site being the Warner Brothers Studios (Leavesden, Watford). The position is due to start upon notice, and the salary on offer is £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus an excellent benefits package.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years consultancy experience. This opportunity would suit a Project Manager, driven Assistant Project Manager or even Site Manager looking to take the next step in their career.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
- Business development management with main Client being Warner Brothers, including working on the Harry Potter Studios!
- Demonstrating a hands-on approach to ensure sets, new attractions, cafes and studios are regularly being expanded.
- Contributing to a close-knit and supportive team environment, where collaboration, open communication and strong working relationships are highly valued.
- Attending events and meetings with the Project Management Team to ensure business development and growth.
- Managing projects through the full project lifecycle from inception to completion.
- Acting as a key point of contact for clients, consultants and stakeholders.
- Coordinating multidisciplinary project teams to ensure successful delivery.
- Identifying opportunities to improve project outcomes and add value.
- Supporting the development of client relationships and repeat business opportunities.
- Assisting senior colleagues on larger-scale projects and commissions.
Experience required:
- Experience within construction consultancy, client-side project management, contractor management or a similar environment.
- Experience managing projects, programmes, budgets and stakeholders.
- Experience producing construction programmes using project planning software (e.g. MS Project, Asta Powerproject or Primavera P6).

- Project planning and delivery.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
