We are currently partnering an established Law Firm who have been practicing for 35-years, who are recruiting for a number of permanent Post-Completion Assistants to join the team in one of the below office locations.

The roles can be based from: Coventry or Leamington Spa.

The roles are full time, offering a negotiable salary, and the start date will be subject to notice.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

  • Providing full support to the Conveyancing Solicitors to enable them to operate efficiently
  • Ensuring that all post-completions processes are finalised, including paying stamp duty to HMRC, serving any notices to landlords, registering new owners with the Land Registry, requisitions and ledgers
  • Preparing correspondence using the case management system
  • Attending to clients both on the telephone and in person
  • Handling any administrative tasks, including administering filing systems, preparing mail and enclosures for dispatch, and arranging the scanning and photocopying of paperwork

Experience required:

  • Ideally some experience within a residential conveyancing team
  • Good telephone manner, and being comfortable speaking to clients in person and on the telephone
