We are currently partnering with a Middlesex based Housing Association, who are recruiting for a Planning Manager to join their growing team on a permanent basis. This is a full-time position with a salary of £46,930, with the interviews commencing the week of the 16th December and the start date is subject to notice. Duties will include (but are not limited to): Manage the day-to-day planning team including setting daily contract targets, ensuring they are met and maintained and that correction action is in place where needed Provide performance data that supports the development of the contract’s performance, identifying and acting on improvements Ensure key performance indicator targets are known to all internal stakeholders and are reviewed on a daily basis Work with other teams to achieve a high standard of service to customers, ensuring the team operates to appropriate standards and delivers excellent customer service Manage, monitor and review scheduling of works in line with operational needs whilst ensuring service level agreements are met Work with team members including operatives, supervisors and subcontractors to ensure an efficient and productive service is delivered Experience required: Working in Social Housing repairs in a similar role Ability to manage a team, working alongside stakeholders that deliver excellent service Implementation of a successful change within their last role Skills, knowledge and expertise required: Putting bags of energy into finding ways of making things better, faster and lower cost Making wise decisions and solving problems without over complicating things Competent IT skills including excel and job management systems Rewards and Benefits: Hybrid working 2/3 days Flexible working days 29 days annual leave (can buy and sell) Cycle to Work Scheme Working hours: 36 hours per week Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm Please note that you require recent experience to apply for this role.
