We are currently working in partnership with a County Council in the South West , who are recruiting for a Senior Planning Lawyer on a locum basis for 3-months with potential extension. The role can be conducted fully remotely , and offers an hourly rate in the region of £55 p/hour UMB subject to PQE. Duties will include (but are not limited to): Handling a mixed caseload of planning, highways and enforcement matters, including planning and enforcement advice, planning committee attendance and governance support, and preparing planning agreements Drafting and advising s.106 agreements, CIL, certificates of lawful use and advising on other planning related matters Advising on, drafting and completing highways agreements, including deeds of dedication and footpaths orders Offering support to more junior members of the team Rewards and Benefits: Remote working Working hours: Full-time & part-time options will be considered Up to 37-hours available Please note that you require recent experience to apply for this role.
