We are currently partnering with an industry leading organisation, who are recruiting for a Part-time Payroll Clerk to join their growing team on a permanent basis. This role requires 25 hours/week and flexible daily office presence in Coventry. The full-time salary equivalent is £30,000-£35,000 . Duties will include (but are not limited to): Processing end-to-end payroll for approx. 380 employees monthly Dealing with employee shifts, absences and overtime Assisting with car benefits for a small fleet and processing P11Ds Processing new starters and leavers, ensuring all relevant information is accurate and updated accordingly Posting to payroll journals and producing relevant reports Answering and resolving payroll queries and completing manual calculations Experience required: End-to-end monthly payroll experience Experience with processing car benefits and P11Ds is preferrable Skills, knowledge and expertise required: Good understanding of statutory deductions to include pensions and auto enrolment. High level of written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to deal with multiple stakeholders Demonstrate ability to work on own initiative and work as part of a team Excellent attention to detail and organisation skills Working hours: 25 hours per week Monday – Friday, flexible hours Please note that you require recent experience to apply for this role.
