We are proud to be partnering with an Accountancy Firm based in Solihull, who are looking to appoint a Payroll Administrator on a 12 month FTC. This is a full time, office based role and is due to start ASAP, offering a salary of Β£25,000 - Β£30,000 (DOE).
The ideal candidate will have experience working in an end to end payroll bureau setting and ideally be experienced with Sage 50.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
- Managing end to end payroll processing as a team for 480 clients
- Processing various frequency payrolls including monthly and weekly
- Maintaining and updating employee records and working with HR to ensure correct classification of employees
- Reconciling payroll reports and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner
- Assisting with year end reporting, tax filings and other statutory requirements
- Preparing and submitting pension data to multiple pension providers
Experience required:
- Experience within a multi-client/payroll bureau setting
- Confident with data entry to high degree of accuracy
Working hours: 37.5 hours per week. Fully office based with flexible daily hours (Core Hours: Mon β Thurs 10am β 4pm, Fri 10am β 1pm).
