As part of this evolution, they are looking to add a People Transformation Partner - AI & Organisation Design on either a permanent basis or a 2-year fixed-term contract to support the business through the large-scale transformation programme. This is a full-time role offering a salary of up to £85,000 and its core focus of this role is on organisation design, workforce planning and capability development.
This is about helping people and leaders understand, adapt to and embed AI-driven improvements in a way that strengthens culture, capability and long-term performance.
- Partnering with senior leaders to deliver the people strategy for the organisation’s AI transformation
- Leading strategic workforce planning and identifying the skills and capabilities required for future-ready teams
- Working with Learning and Development teams to build leadership and employee capability for successful AI adoption
- Coordinating HR, OD, talent and change specialists to ensure transformation programmes deliver sustainable outcomes
Proven experience supporting organisational change and transformation. Background in supporting technology-enabled or digital transformation, ideally within complex or evolving environments. CIPD qualified (or equivalent experience), demonstrating strong professional foundations in HR practice.
