Our client, a company in the public sector is currently recruiting for an Executive Assistant to the CEO, Chair of the Board and Senior Manager on a full-time, permanent contract. The position is based in Manchester, with hybrid working offering up to 3 days working from home. The ideal candidate will have experience providing PA or executive support to senior leaders, excellent diary management skills and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. Coordinating meetings, travel and practical arrangements, ensuring senior colleagues have the information they need Experience providing PA or executive support to senior leaders Confident using digital collaboration, communication and productivity tools, with the ability to pick up new systems quickly 30 days annual leave plus bank holidays ~ Hybrid working ~ Civil Service Pension Scheme 37 hours, Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm ~ Hybrid working with a minimum of two days per week in the Manchester office James Andrews is acting as an employment agency and business in relation to this role.
