The predicted salary is between 22 - 30 Β£ per hour.
We are currently working in partnership with a Housing Association based in Cheshire, who are recruiting for a Compliance Officer on a temporary six-to-eight-week contract. The position is due to start immediately, and the hourly rate of pay is negotiable up to Β£30 via an Umbrella company.
The ideal candidate will hold a P901 qualification and live within a commutable distance of North Cheshire.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
- Managing water hygiene cyclical activities, including tank cleans, temperature monitoring, and heater inspections
- Ensuring contractors can access properties to complete planned works and liaise with them to confirm completions
- Updating central systems with completion dates and upload associated paperwork as evidence of work completed
- Delivering LRA (Legionella Risk Assessment) actions:
- Reading, interpreting, and understanding LRA reports and associated actions
- Instructing contractors and ensuring access is obtained
- Obtaining completion records and upload to central systems
- Updating completion dates within the central system
Experience required:
- Experience required in Social Housing
- Experience working with customers within housing
