We're supporting a major organisation in recruiting a Regional HR Advisor to cover a 12-month maternity leave. This is a full-time position paying £45k + company car and is due to start in January. A regional role, this will cover sites mainly across the Midlands and North West.
This is a hybrid position, spending around three days per week on-site across regional locations, with the rest of the time working remotely. You'll be a trusted partner to managers, providing practical, solutionsāfocused HR support and confident ER advice.
Responsibilities- Managing a diverse ER caseload from start to finish
- Coaching and upskilling managers to build confidence in handling people matters
- Supporting the full employee lifecycle and promoting a positive colleague experience
- Building strong, credible relationships with operational teams
- Using ER trends and data insights to drive improvements
- Ensuring compliance with employment law and internal policies
- Maintaining accurate HR administration in a fastāpaced environment
- Strong HR Advisor experience with solid, handsāon ER exposure
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Confident working with HR systems (Workday experience desirable)
- Dataādriven, commercially minded, and able to balance operational and strategic priorities
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly (company vehicle provided)
- Experience in logistics or distribution is advantageous
