We are currently working in partnership with a construction consultancy in south east London, who are looking to appoint a Marketing Assistant on a 9-month FTC initially and could go permanent. This will be a part-time position based, working 3 days a week and hybrid after probation. The salary is £24,000 - £27,000 per annum FTE.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience of providing generalist administration and ideally have a marketing background.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
- Working with the team to help reach the company's marketing goals and objectives
- Preparing marketing materials including social media posts, website updates, leaflets, brochures, etc.
- Assisting with work across other disciplines within the practice as directed by senior management
- Taking a proactive approach to bids/tenders and seeking new client opportunities
- Developing and maintaining a company-wide client list and contacts, including knowledge of current frameworks/expiry dates
- Providing administrative support to the team and senior staff efficiently and effectively
- Assisting with cover for phone and front office tasks, including answering phones, providing admin support, and assisting with accounts tasks
