Our client, based in Brentford, is currently recruiting for an Income Manager on a 6-month fixed term contract, or they will consider an interim on a temporary basis. The start date is on notice, and the salary rate is between £50k-£62k.
The ideal candidate will have experience working as an Income Manager who has led teams of Income Officers. Duties will include (but are not limited to):
- Managing and supporting a team of 3 Income Officers
- Setting, monitoring, and enforcing clear performance KPIs
- Conducting regular 1-2-1s to address performance concerns and implement improvement plans
- Driving a clear, accountable, and performance-focused culture within the team
Experience required:
- Experience as an Income Manager
- Experienced in current arrears performance and income collection outcomes
Skills, knowledge and expertise required:
- Income collection or arrears within housing associations, local authority or social housing environment
- Income recovery
- Analytical and data interpretation skills
- Housing management systems and performance writing tools
Working hours: Hybrid, Monday - Friday.
