Commercial Property Lawyer in Liverpool

We are currently partnering with a public sector organisation in the West Midlands, who are looking to appoint a Commercial Property Lawyer to on an initial 3-month locum basis.

They are looking for someone for up to 30 hours p/week, can offer remote working, and a rate of circa £50 – £60 p/hour via an Umbrella company.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing complex commercial property matters within Local Government.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Managing a varied caseload of commercial property matters, including leases, licences, rent reviews and related agreements
• Providing confident, pragmatic advice directly to clients
• Acting with a high degree of autonomy and minimal supervision
• Supporting clients with clear guidance and a hands-on, practical approach
• Bringing strong communication and problem-solving skills to build trust and manage client expectations effectively

Experience required:

• Experience required in Local Government
• Experience managing complex commercial property matters

Working hours:

• Open to both full-time and part-time applicants
