The predicted salary is between 30000 - 42000 £ per year.

One of our closest clients, a Hertfordshire-based housing provider, is currently looking for a Lettings Officer to join their team on a temporary basis until the end of May 2025, though the contract may well be extended after that. They are looking for someone to interview via Teams and start ASAP.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

  • Managing the allocations process via Choice Based Lettings
  • Overseeing the “direct” offer list and Assisted Bidding Scheme
  • Responsible for the banding of applications, awarding priority to those in need
  • Arranging and carrying out viewings
  • Minimising void loss
  • Visiting applicants to assess housing need

Essential criteria:

  • Lettings knowledge/experience
  • Access to own vehicle

Working hours:

  • 37 hrs per week
  • Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm
  • Hybrid working is available
