We are looking for a confident Senior Organisational Development Advisor to join one of our key clients on a permanent part-time basis (0.8 FTE, 30 hours per week). This is a fantastic hybrid opportunity (2 days home working) for an experienced OD professional who enjoys shaping impactful learning, leadership and organisational development activity. Offering a salary of £37,386 to £43,155 full-time equivalent, this role is paid on a pro-rata basis for 30 hours per week and will suit someone who is passionate about helping people and organisations thrive in a complex and evolving environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading on the design, development and delivery of high-quality staff and professional development initiatives that align with organisational priorities and reflect best practice.
- Creating and facilitating engaging workshops, programmes and digital learning resources that support development at individual, team and organisational level.
- Partnering with senior stakeholders across a designated service area to identify development priorities and deliver practical, high-impact OD solutions.
- Contributing to induction, leadership development, coaching, mentoring and continuous improvement activity, helping to build capability across the wider organisation.
About You:
- You will bring relevant qualifications in coaching and organisational/occupational psychology or equivalent experience, together with a strong track record in organisational development within a large and complex organisation.
- You will have proven experience of identifying development needs and designing, delivering and evaluating learning and OD solutions that make a measurable difference.
- You will be a confident facilitator and relationship-builder, able to influence credibly and work collaboratively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- You will understand how people learn and be comfortable developing engaging content across face-to-face, blended and digital learning environments.
- You will bring excellent communication and organisational skills, sound judgement, and a proactive, adaptable approach to managing priorities in a busy environment.
