We are looking for an experienced Learning and Development Advisor to join one of our clients based in Coventry, on a permanent full-time basis (35 hours per week). This is an excellent hybrid opportunity for a learning and development professional who enjoys designing high-impact learning solutions, strengthening leadership and management capability, and supporting a culture of continuous learning, inclusion and wellbeing. Offering a salary of £33,093 to £37,682, this permanent opportunity will suit someone who is passionate about building organisational capability through engaging blended learning, strong instructional design, and evidence-based development practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading the design and delivery of high-quality blended learning interventions across face-to-face, virtual and digital formats
  • Developing engaging e-learning content and support the ongoing improvement of the organisation’s learning systems and learning management platform
  • Working with managers and stakeholders to identify capability needs, diagnose skills gaps, and translate these into practical development solutions
  • Designing and facilitating learning programmes that strengthen leadership, management capability, performance and collaboration across the organisation
  • Evaluating the effectiveness and impact of learning interventions, using insight and data to drive continuous improvement

About You:

You will have significant experience in a specialist Learning and Development or Organisational Development advisory role, with a strong track record of designing and delivering impactful learning interventions. You will bring demonstrable expertise in blended learning, instructional design, facilitation, and the development of learning pathways or capability frameworks. You will be confident advising managers and senior stakeholders, using sound judgement to shape practical solutions that improve capability and performance. A CIPD Level 5 in Learning and Development, or equivalent experience, would be advantageous, alongside excellent communication, organisation and project management skills.
