We are currently partnering with an established Law Firm who have been practicing for 35-years, who are recruiting for a permanent Legal Trainer to join their team in Birmingham.

The role is full time, offering a salary between £28,000 – £35,000 depending on experience, and the start date will be subject to notice. The desired candidate will have experience working for a legal firm or in a corporate service environment.

Duties include (but not limited to):

  • Implementing a continuous training program for existing staff
  • Providing regular training to all staff on the in-house Case Management System
  • Assisting with induction training and playing a key role in the employee onboarding experience, optimising the performance of new hires
  • Developing, designing, and updating training materials to support effective training
  • Creating and designing training content for the LMS & Learning programs

  • Proficient IT skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship building with internal and external partners
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Confidence in presenting information
