Stock Condition Surveyor in Leeds

Our client is currently recruiting for multiple Stock Condition Surveyors on a temporary contract in the following locations – Yorkshire – Bradford, Leeds, Calderdale, Wakefield (3 months), Barnsley (12 months), Bassetlaw (12 months) and the North-east – Middlesbrough, Durham, Redcar (3 months).
The position is due to start immediately on a full-time basis.
The per-survey rate is as follows: House – £25 UMB/LTD, Flat – £20 UMB/LTD, Block – £25 UMB/LTD
The ideal candidate will have prior experience completing stock condition surveys and will have access to car.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
Carrying out stock condition surveys across residential property portfolios
Assessing condition, lifespan and compliance of building elements
Identifying defects, disrepair and health & safety risks
Supporting asset management and lifecycle planning strategies
Experience required:
Access to a car
30+ surveys per week
