Our client is currently recruiting for multiple Stock Condition Surveyors on a temporary contract in the following locations – Yorkshire - Bradford, Leeds, Calderdale, Wakefield (3 months), Barnsley (12 months), Bassetlaw (12 months) and the North-east - Middlesbrough, Durham, Redcar (3 months). The position is due to start immediately on a full-time basis.
The per-survey rate is as follows:
- House - £25 UMB/LTD
- Flat - £20 UMB/LTD
- Block - £25 UMB/LTD
The ideal candidate will have prior experience completing stock condition surveys and will have access to a car.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
- Carrying out stock condition surveys across residential property portfolios
- Assessing condition, lifespan and compliance of building elements
- Identifying defects, disrepair and health & safety risks
- Supporting asset management and lifecycle planning strategies
Experience required:
- Access to a car
- 30+ surveys per week
