We are currently partnering with a Coventry based Not-For-Profit organisation, who are looking to recruit an L&D Coordinator to join their team on a permanent basis. This is a full-time position with a salary band of £28,585 to £31,973 (subject to experience).

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

  • Overseeing and updating the LMS and providing first-line support to staff with LMS-related queries
  • Coordinating data collection and producing insightful reports to track learning activity, staff engagement, and the impact of L&D interventions
  • Supporting the delivery of the learning and development strategy, including the planning and administration of training events, workshops, and internal development programmes
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure a high standard of service and training delivery across all departments
  • Using e-learning content creation tools to develop bespoke internal learning modules

Working hours: 36.5 hours per week Monday – Thursday, 8:30am-4:30pm Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm, 2 Days working from home.
