Job Description

Job Title: Learning and Development Trainer

Salary: c.£40,000

Contract: Permanent, Full-Time (37 hours per week)

Location: Cardiff – hybrid (2/3 days home working per week, occasional travel to other offices)

We are currently seeking a Learning and Development Trainer to join our client's dynamic and growing L&D team, with this role pivotal in shaping professional development across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing and delivering core training and tailored professional development training
  • Working collaboratively with senior leadership to identify training needs and curate a training curriculum
  • Leading the coordination and delivery of team away day content and professional development sessions
  • Developing blended learning solutions, including e-learning and workshops
  • Overseeing knowledge resources ensuring they’re utilised effectively and kept up to date
  • Curating and managing LMS content, aligning learning with career pathways

About You:

You will ideally have:

  • Experience designing and delivering both face-to-face and digital learning
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and the ability to influence across all levels of the organisation
  • Outstanding communication, organisation, and copy-proofing skills
  • A proactive mindset, with a flexible and solutions-focused approach to changing priorities
