We are currently recruiting for a People Development Coordinator to join a values-driven organisation on a 3-month temporary contract. This role will provide flexible support across a range of learning and development activities, helping to ensure colleagues have a positive and seamless experience when accessing training, systems and development opportunities.
Contract: Temporary (3 months)
Hours: 35 hours per week
Working pattern: Monday to Friday, hybrid working with a minimum of two days per week in the office
Location: South Manchester
Key responsibilities:
- Coordinating and administering learning and development activities, including scheduling sessions and managing attendance
- Supporting the maintenance of accurate learning records and compliance reporting
- Producing and sharing learning data and reports
- Managing learning-related queries and liaising with internal teams and external providers
- Supporting the effective use and upkeep of the Learning Management System
- Providing general administrative and customer-focused support across the people development function
About you:
- Strong IT skills, including advanced Microsoft Excel and good working knowledge of Word and PowerPoint
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience of working in a fast-paced, team-based environment
- Experience of planning and administering training programmes or events
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and changing priorities
Interview information:
One-stage interviews held via Microsoft Teams. Interviews will take place Thursday 5th February between 2pm and 5pm.
