We are currently working in partnership with a Housing Association based in Middlesex, who are recruiting for a L&D Administrator on a permanent contract. The position is due to start at the end of April. The annual salary being offered for this role is £33,079 per annum.
The ideal candidate will have experience within training coordination and learning management systems (LMS). Duties will include (but are not limited to):
- Coordinating and scheduling training sessions, workshops, and e-learning programmes
- Scheduling and organising induction sessions for new employees, ensuring all necessary materials are prepared
- Monitoring training completion rates and compliance with mandatory training requirements
- Maintaining accurate training records and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Generating and analysing training reports, tracking participation, completion rates, and feedback
- Creating dashboards or summaries to cascade training metrics to HR and leadership team
Experience, Skills, knowledge and expertise required:
- CIPD L3 qualified or willing to learn the qualification
- Knowledge of working around learning and development
- Experience being the first point of contact for any queries/issues that arise
- Experience booking in training and meetings
- Experience liaising with senior stakeholders and working in a fast-paced environment
