Job Description

We are currently partnering with a facilities management company, based in South East London, who are recruiting for a Junior HR Generalist to join their growing team on a permanent basis.

This is a full-time position with a salary band of £37,286, to £39,209 per annum (subject to experience) and the start date is subject to notice.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

  • Coordinating end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes for new employees, ensuring all required checks and documentation are completed accurately
  • Supporting payroll preparation by collating, checking, and inputting staff data to help ensure accurate and timely payments
  • Maintaining up-to-date employee records and updating HR systems to ensure data accuracy and compliance with GDPR
  • Assisting with employee relations activities by preparing documents, taking notes, and supporting HR Advisors during investigations and meetings
  • Preparing HR documentation such as contracts, offer letters, and policy updates while ensuring consistency and attention to detail
  • Monitoring probation periods, appraisal timelines, and mandatory training to ensure key HR milestones are completed on schedule
  • Providing general administrative and coordination support to the HR team to ensure smooth delivery of day-to-day HR operations
