Interim Head of Health, Safety & Environment

We are currently working alongside a Wiltshire based Local Authority based in Wiltshire, who are recruiting for a Health of Health and Safety on an interim basis for a minimum of three months. The position is due to start in May, and will be paid on a daily rate of circa £370 – £400 per day, inside IR35. This role will be 50% office based, and 50% from home. The ideal candidate will have an extensive background in Health and Safety management, as well as CMIOSH. Maintaining a corporate Health and Safety structure Managing key risks and systems to monitor these risks Promoting a culture of Health and Safety across the organisation Playing an active role in the implementation of a new HS implementation system A wealth of experience in HSE / Health and Safety Management Ideally have worked in a local authority or local government setting Hybrid working Flexible working days Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm ~
