The predicted salary is between 37000 - 39000 £ per year.
We are currently working in partnership with a Housing Association based in Greater Manchester , who are recruiting for an Information Governance Officer to join the team, on a temporary three-month contract .
The position is due to start immediately, and offering an hourly rate of circa £19 via an Umbrella company.
The role is 3 days per week in the office, and 2 days working from home.
Duties will include (but are not limited to): Processing Subject Access Requests (SARs) and other information requests, ensuring compliance with data protection legislation and organisational procedures Monitoring shared inboxes and privacy management systems, responding to enquiries, logging requests and coordinating work across the Information Governance team Gathering and reviewing information from multiple IT systems, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, and supporting the management of information security incidents Coordinating paper records management, including arranging off-site storage, retrieving documents and maintaining accurate records Handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion, maintaining exceptional accuracy, attention to detail and compliance with governance standards Building effective working relationships, delivering excellent customer service, and managing competing priorities while meeting deadlines with minimal supervision Working hours: 35 hours per week Monday – Friday Please note that you require recent experience to apply for this role.
