James Andrews Recruitment Solutions Ltd is looking for a Repairs/Voids Surveyor with social housing experience for an immediate start in Surrey. This full-time position covers the South London/Surrey/A3 corridor and allows working from home 2/3 days a week.
The successful candidate will manage repair jobs, monitor KPIs, and interact with engineers and clients. A full UK driving license and recent experience in social housing are essential.
The hourly rate is £48,500 per annum plus a £5,425 car allowance.
