The predicted salary is between 30000 - 42000 £ per year.
We are currently recruiting for a HR Coordinator on a temporary contract initially for 3 months on behalf of an industry leader based in Worcester city centre.
The position is due to start immediately on a full-time basis (37.5 hours pw).
The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills and be a confident communicator.
Duties will include (but not limited to):
- Dealing with the end-to-end employee lifecycle
- Managing the HR inbox and dealing with front line queries on HR policy, benefits and pay
- Utilising iTrent to issue offer letters and contracts
- Advising payroll of any changes to salaries
- Signposting queries to the HR Advisory team as required
- Ensuring all HR documentation is stored currently in line with GDPR
- Conducting onboarding checks for new starters, including references and right to work
Experience required:
- Strong administrative skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced agile environment
Working hours:
- Monday – Friday
- 9:00AM – 5:00PM
