Overview
We are currently working in partnership with a well-established organisation based in Tamworth, who are looking to appoint a HR Advisor on a permanent basis.
This will be a full-time position (37.5 hours pw) with 4 days on-site, with a salary of £35,000 to £40,000 per annum.

Responsibilities
- Providing advice and support on employee relations matters, including disciplinary, grievance, and performance management cases
- Supporting recruitment activity, including placing adverts and assisting with interviews
- Managing HR processes across the employee lifecycle (onboarding, changes, leavers etc.)
- Advising managers on restructures and redundancies, ensuring compliance and accurate documentation
- Supporting tribunal preparation as required
- Completing HR administration, data management, and reporting
- Assisting with training needs analysis and maintaining the training matrix
- Conducting exit interviews and collating feedback
- Participating in HR projects such as policy reviews and process improvements
- Promoting company values and ensuring compliance with Health & Safety policies
Qualifications and experience
- Previous experience in a similar HR Advisor role
- Strong background in employee relations and HR operations
- Experience working in a busy and demanding HR environment
- CIPD qualification (or working towards) desirable
Skills and capabilities
- Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong organisational and administration skills with high attention to detail
- Solution-focused, approachable, and confident working independently or in a team
