The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.

Our client, based in Sheffield & Lancashire, is currently recruiting for Stock Condition Surveyors on 3-6 month temporary contracts. Our client is an award-winning, multi-disciplinary property and construction consultancy, delivering projects worldwide. The position is due to start immediately on a full-time basis. Additional £2 per survey if exceed 40 surveys a week.

The ideal candidate will have a background in building surveying and also have Stock Condition Surveying experience in social housing properties.

  • Conducting stock condition surveys on social housing units to ensure buildings are designed and constructed appropriately.
  • Using knowledge and understanding of fire safety compliance including approved document part B.
  • Recording all information and data on electronic handheld devices.
  • Working in accordance with changing legislations, as well as H&S policies and procedures.
  • Stock Condition Surveying experience for social housing properties.
  • Experience booking in appointments to conduct surveys.
  • Must hold a full UK driving license.
  • Flexible working, Monday – Friday.
