We are currently working in partnership with a housing association based in West London, who are recruiting for a Neighbourhood Coordinator on a permanent contract. The position is due to start as soon as possible. The salary is circa £34k.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience in providing neighbourhood management. Duties will include (but are not limited to):
- Providing housing management on a patch of local authority homes
- Helping tenants meet their responsibilities to sustain tenancies by providing budgeting advice and assistance with maximising income
- Tackling anti-social behaviour and working with multi-agency teams
- Assisting with rent collections
Experience required:
- Working with tenants in a challenging front-line service
- Visiting customers in their homes
Working hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm.
